iPhone Pre-Order & Back order Update

Orders will be allocated in the order in which they were received. As always stock is incredibly limited during the first few months after launch, especially for the most popular launch models (iPhone Pro Max). Rest assured that we are actively working to get your order in your hands as soon as possible.

Can I get a precise time-frame?
I’m afraid not, we are not given this information by Apple Distribution.

When will I get my pre-order?
We will update you again on the 7th Oct with the latest estimated delivery timeframe. Your order may ship sooner than this and you will be notified if this happens.

When will I get my back-ordered iPhone or Apple Watch?
Please refer to the order status information in your order confirmation email. This will give you a rough timeframe of the earliest that you may expect your order to be fulfilled. We will update you again on the 7th Oct with the latest estimated delivery timeframe for your order. Your order may ship sooner than this and you will be notified if this happens.

What if my order query doesn’t relate to when I’m getting my device?

Track your order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If the track order button doesn’t appear to load order details after the initial button press, please press the button a second time.

Please note your order id is 6 numbers. It is not the ID given by Klarna.

iStore Status Messages

Processing – This means that the order is waiting for us to process the order. 

Awaiting Dispatch – This means we have confirmed your order and it is awaiting dispatch. If an item was not in stock at time of ordering it will stay at this status until stock becomes available.

Back ordered – This means that the product was out of stock when you placed your order. Typically these orders ship in. 2 – 6 weeks

Klarna Status Messages

Processing – This status from the Klarna app just means that we have not initiated payment yet on your order. This will happen after we dispatch your order and shouldn’t be used to indicate that we are not progressing your order.
