iPhone Pre-Order Update

We are currently awaiting our initial fast order shipments from Apple Distribution. Once these are with us we will allocate to pre-orders in the order in which they came in.

As such it is unlikely that we will be able to give you a more accurate ETA on your order until the evening of the 19th and into the morning of the 20th Sept. Regardless of status all pre-orders will receive updates by midday on the 20th Sept.

Tracking Form

Processing – This means that the order is waiting for us to process the order.

Awaiting Dispatch – This means we have confirmed your order and it is awaiting dispatch. If an item was not in stock at time of ordering it will stay at this status until stock becomes available.

Backordered – This means that the product was out of stock when you placed your order. Typically these orders ship in. 2 – 6 weeks
